For almost ten years I owned Merritt Tattoos—but it had turned into something that no longer brought me happiness.

I wanted to create something more private, personal, and completely focused on the client experience.

So I took a year off from owning a studio and had the pleasure of working alongside some amazing ladies while I figured out what I needed.

During that year, I went back and forth—a LOT—about whether I ever wanted to open another studio of my own.

And then it finally clicked.

I didn’t want to open another tattoo shop.

I wanted to create an experience.

I wanted something private. Personal. Comfortable. A space where you have my full, undivided attention from the moment you walk in until your tattoo is finished.

A place where you can talk about whatever you want without worrying about strangers walking through the door, conversations being overheard, or constant interruptions. Whether we’re laughing until our stomachs hurt, having a deep life conversation, or sitting in comfortable silence—you get to just be yourself.

So… I built exactly that.

A private tattoo studio with plenty of weird, fun, entertaining things to keep your eyes and brain busy. A comfy chill corner for whoever comes along for the ride. Enough ’90s nostalgia to make your inner child ridiculously happy.

And, most importantly…

A SNACK BUFFET.
Because obviously tattoos are better with snacks.

This isn’t your typical street shop, and it was never meant to be.

It’s colorful. It’s comfortable. It’s a little weird. It’s completely me—and I hope when you walk through the door, it feels a little like your happy place too.
